Data Base project
Optimizing Business Processes through Database Design
In this project, I collaborated with a team to design and implement a robust database system for a company using web and mobile platforms to sell customized products. The goal was to create a database that supports the core business process, from product customization to final order fulfillment.

the ERD maps out how customers interact with the business: from searching for products to purchasing them and providing feedback through ratings. Each of these activities is tracked and stored in the system to ensure smooth operation, making the customer experience more efficient.
This dashboard presents a detailed analysis of sales performance, product ratings, and revenue trends:
Average Product Rating (Bar Chart): This chart displays the average customer ratings for various products. Products like kettlebells and the Smith machine have the highest ratings, while products like the leg raise machine and leg extension machine have relatively lower ratings.
Sales Per Month (Line Graph): This graph tracks monthly sales over a two-year period, from 2020 to early 2022. There are visible spikes in sales during certain months, indicating seasonality or marketing effectiveness.
Total Sales for Rated Products (Pie Chart): This pie chart breaks down total sales based on product ratings, showing the distribution of sales volume across different products. Each color represents a different product category.
Total Revenue Per Product (Donut Chart): A comprehensive breakdown of total revenue by product. The TRX suspension trainer leads with 9.48%, followed by shoulder press machines and leg raise machines. The chart helps visualize how each product contributes to overall sales revenue.
This dashboard provides a comprehensive view of key sales performance indicators:
Total Revenue by Country (Map Visualization): A world map visualizes total revenue generated by different countries. The size of the circles on the map indicates the volume of revenue, with larger circles representing higher revenues in corresponding regions.
Stock Status: This bar chart shows the number of products that are in stock versus out of stock. The green bar represents products in stock (79), and the red bar shows out-of-stock items (61), giving a quick overview of product availability.
Products Without Sales and Stock: A table listing products that have no sales and low stock. It includes product names and the sum of their prices, highlighting potential inventory issues or underperforming items.
Searches Per Hour of Day: A line graph showing search activity by hour of the day. This visualization helps track peak search times, with the highest activity observed between 8 AM and 9 AM.
Top 10 Products by Revenue: A donut chart representing the top 10 products in terms of revenue. Each product is color-coded, with the percentages displayed, showing the relative contribution of each product to total revenue. The largest contributor is the "TRX Suspension Trainer," with 18.86% of the total revenue.
